New issue of shares of Polski Holding Rekrutacyjny

At the beginning of February 2011 the Management Board of the company Polski Holding Rekrutacyjny S.A. (PLHA) during the Extraordinary General Shareholder's Meeting passed a resolution on issue of new shares series D.
At the beginning of February 2011 the Management Board of the company Polski Holding Rekrutacyjny S.A. (PLHA) during the Extraordinary General Shareholder's Meeting passed a resolution on issue of new shares series D. An additional issue is related with a great interest in the shares among investors and development of the Holding by new companies. The shares of the new series will be sold to investors under the next private offering. The obtained capital will be used for purchase of shares in subsequent Holding Companies.
